According to one report this number belongs to "Nationwide Debt Recovery." Apparently that "company" uses lots of spoofed numbers so there's no way to really know.
This phone number is a fraud and many others as well. They fool people who posts add on kijiji and other search engines and try to get you to ship them the item you are selling, explaining that they will transfer you miney for payment through paypal, and finally after 2 weeks the bank calls you and let you know that theres actually no money which has been deposited. If there is anybody out there who has the authority to track these guys and DO SOMETHING about it, please do. People are losing so much $$$. Help the world!!!
