This guy, Ricky Watson, left a nasty voicemail on my phone saying that my friend had utilized my name and number in a fraudulent case and that if I did not call him back that we would both be prosecuted legally. I immediately called the friend he was referring to (which I had not spoken to in at least a year) and she called him and basically, it's a scam. She told him to kiss her [***]. Which is what anyone else should do if they get a call from this "Ricky Watson" [***]. Don't ever give out personal information if they person can't even verify themselves.
Recieved a call from this number Ricky Watson stating if I didnt settle a loan amount that he would send the police to my place of work to arrest me. He had personal information of mine. I tried calling the number he gave me and it was answered by a simple hello, I explained that I could not speak with him if I could not verify who he was and the company. He got very irate and stated that he was trying to help but now he was going to send the police to arrest me, he then hung up.

I was called by a Paul from this number Saturday 18. It was a scary call, but I deleted it. My husband received a call where they were telling him my name and saying I am a friend of his who is in a big legal mess for Fraud. I called the number back. They told me I owe $975.00 from a loan I did not pay that I received Jan 2008. I asked him what was the loan and he kept saying he work for a legal company for a big company, and If I went to court it would be over 3,000 and I will get picked up by the police.After a lot of probing and him getting short tempered he said my loan was from a payday loan. I asked him which, and he said his legal agency has many. He asked if I wanted to settle out of court and I said, yes if this is proven to me my bill. I kept telling him this sounded like a scam. Mr. Ricky Watson, who Paul said was his supervisor was placed on the phone. He had my banking acct # address . He said I had to fax all my information with a statement that I agree to the payment agreement, he also asked for my SSAN to be placed on this fax. He said I had to fax this information to the following two fax#s: 703-552-1527 and 407-656-3106 . He said he needed this infor right way. Because I did not fax it, I received a call from Paul monday 20, saying I was going to be arrested and to call his supervisor Ricky Watson immediatley. Paul said his number is 904-239-3952. How can I stop them from calling my cell phone and my husband's cell phone. I am saving all the calls. I am sure he will call again today, because I will not fax the indor with my credit card info. I am sure they will still be threatening of me being picked up and taken to Jail.
