This call interrupted another ongoing call. i switched over to it. A 'bot played back a message: "Hi! this is Lisa with Green Surveys. You have been selected to win a cruise to the Bahamas." I switched back to the original call.
They can copy and paste the audio of you saying yes into audio asking questions about approving phone billing. They have to keep recordings for regulatory purposes, to prove you approved the billing.
