Got a text stating "Please call regarding your (2) Bahamas tickets". I decided to investigate. When I called the number 407-512-0644, the so called agent wanted me to pay $59.00 pp (2 people) to go on a 3 day, 2 night cruise to the Grand Bahamas leaving Palm Beach, FL anytime from now until Feb 2015. The name of the boat was Celebration. He wanted my credit card to secure the all expenses paid cruise. I told him I did not own a credit card (I lied) but he said a debit card would be fine. I told him I would not have enough money on that card until Wednesday (lied again). He said he would call back on Wednesday. I called Royal Caribbean (because the agent said it was a promotion from them), who said they do not advertise in this way and it must have been a private company. I called the number again and spoke to a woman who was very abrupt and would not give me any information. She hung up on me. When I called the number again, all I would get is a click at the other end with no connection. I tried 5 times with the same outcome. Someone should know about this.
Those fooled by the "free cruise" scammers, will be left , waiting at the dock, for a ship that never comes, while the scammers sail away with their credit card information!
