I received a call from this number. My caller ID read "Out of Area". I have learned not to answer any phone call where the caller ID reads "Out of Area" or anything else that is not a name, so I did not answer. I receive 5 - 10 of this type of phone call everyday despite being on the "Do Not Call" list ever since it was created.
