I got a call from this number.  I did not answer and they left no message.

IOs7 ...  Recent calls, open exclamation mark, scroll to bottom "block this caller"....dah!

These are just telebots, calling to see if someone picks up. If you pick up they know it's an active number and sell the number to telemarketers. Just block or don't pick up at all. They come in waves, so hopefully they'll be done with your area code soon.

Great idea, any idea if it works with Droid??
