I got the call too!! he said he is John C with american name but he has big indian accent. I don't think he is " American John" If I in some type of lawsuit should I get anything in writing? they never call me at home, just work. I start to think this is some kind of scam to get you money. Because the first time they left me a message it sounds like they were threatening me they might do something else and wish me good luck.I got call (at work) before where they said they are from Social Security giving me $ 5000 grant money in return I have to pay $ 149.50 for processing fee. Of course I never see the $ 5000 in my bank account but they try to get money out of my bank but I get to my bank stop them from doing it. I think they are the real fraud!
This guy keeps calling me saying that I am in some sort of legal trouble. I do not know what I could have done as I have been a stay at home Mom until July of 2008. These calls have just started and I only receive them at my place of employment. This is beginning to cause me trouble at work and I have asked this gentleman to call me on my home phone several times. I am not feeling good about this guy, especially since he will not give me any company info just case numbers. Can anyone help??? Before my job is in question!

I did not answer the phone call when it is unknow, but they left messages saying I am in big legal mass, has to get him call ASAP or else! but I don't know mass I could be in. I never see it coming, never receive anything from court in writing, never receive any mail.
