I got the same call yesterday. They have a buyer willing to pay over market value. They even said that a 20% deposit was received from the buyers. Proceeding very cautiously.
The caller states that he has sold my timeshare property. He then asks me to identify the property as to location, size, etc. He then tells me the amount of the purchase price and how much I must pay to finalize this sale. He then gives me a phone number of the buyer, in Michigan - 810-835-8207. The person who answers that phone purports to be a buyer of my timeshare property. The purported buyer is anxious to end the conversation and offers no details concerning their purported purchase.
This does not pass the SMELL TEST
This company help me sell my Timeshare and I've referred several freinds and family to this company and their in the process of helping them it took about 79 days for me to get paid. They told me it could take up to 90 days.
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 407-520-5946 AND WAS TOLD THEY FOUND A BUYER
FOR MY TIMESHARE. I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER OF THE BUYER. I CALLED THE
FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND WAS TOLD EXECUTIVE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
WAS NOT LICENSED FOR TIMESHARE SALES. I WAS ADVISED NOT TO SEND ANY MONEY.
