Who called from 4075301015

Tried to answer call and hung up

Number called just minutes ago, phone rang once, then caller hung up. This is the third time I've heard from this number, same thing every time.

Rang twice and hung up.  No message

Got a call from this number to my cell. Rang a few times then hanged up. No message left

Caller hung up after two rings.

I wonder if this is a scam I read about where the caller deliberately only rings a few times in an attempt to get you to call back so they can bill your phone for the minutes.
