This is bizarre. It calls you with a recording to choose 1 to talk to a Customer Service Representative or 2 to have your number put on their Do Not Call list. I tried to find out the company name by selecting 1 (so I could file a complaint report). It just hangs up on you. When you select 2, a recording of a man with a foreign accent comes on and says "you will never be contacted again".

Acted like they were BrightHouse Spectrum. Asked for my zip code & I said that I already have BrightHouse. They asked, "you already have an account?". I responded, "yes" & they hung up.
