Who called from 4075368933

This was the first number to call me today without leaving a message today.  Although this one has a valid area code, "coincidentally" I had eight others call me within two hours of this initial one which did not have valid area codes.  I do not believe this to be a coincidence seeing as I rarely receive unknown numbers calling me.

Called the number back - it is a "company" called "College Locate".  I spoke with a guy named Scott and told him not to call again.  I have a Master's degree and in no way asked to be called by them - this is undoubtedly one of those telemarketing companies that scans job sites like Careerbuilder or Monster and calls unsolicited to people who have posted resumes.

This number constantly calls me.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
