I received a text that said "Hey".  I responded with "Hi" even though I did not know who it was.  When I asked "What's up?" They stated "I found this phone, do you know a number that I can reach the owner?"  Looks like a scam.  I responded with "What other names and numbers are on it?" And they never responded.
