Who called from 4075471397

Called today, but left no message.  I do not answer unknown callers.
Caller ID was V11912551700051.
Since there was no message, I assume it is a scam caller, and blocked the number.

Left no voice message, only air. Whoever it is calls frequently but never makes a sound.

After receiving several calls, I finally picked up. The woman said she is with Citrus Roofing and wants to send someone out to inspect my roof for storm damage.

Calls daily, never leaves message... have blocked them.

This number has called me nearly every weekday for the last month. They trip the machine and hang up. I answer and they hang up. I have no idea who the hell it is but I am over this abuse. The "caller" that comes up is some variant of V1001xxxxxxxx so I really have no idea who this is. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
