This caller claims to be from wells fargo, and seems to have access to some account information.
They are very suspicious because they agressively tried to obtain banking/financial information supposedly to pay a minorly past due account with Wells Fargo..
Also, other sites report calls coming from this number from extremely aggressive telemarketers selling credit cards for a non wells fargo account.
They are very fishy, and I would not trust anyone calling from this number.
