I had a hunch it might be a robotic call. As soon as I answered I heard a half second of some prerecorded message, then I started pounding # to simulate a disabled line. Blocked the number.
I've blocked so many of these same business loan calls from 407. It seems there's a new number using that zip code (not that the company is based in FL or anything, probably overseas) calling every day. All of them come up as business loan robocalls on these 800 info sites.
