Who called from 4075670061

Received a call from a Chinese speaking woman looking for someone who doesn't live here. Then she tried to sell me something and I hangup.

One call Wednesday and one call today, both at the same exact time.  No answer, no sound, just muted silence, so I hang up.  One more time and I'm blocking them.

Same here.  It's been a few times already.  I think today I managed to hear a hello from there but nothing else.

Tried to call this number back.. An answer machine picked up stating, " Non of our representatives are available, someone will call you back in 1 day. If you believe you have received this call in error please press 1 to be removed from our list."
No identifying information given with regards to whom the caller is or what company they are calling from and what the call is in regards to.
