Who called from 4075690467

Another scammer. Caller ID shows as STARNET. Says calling for PBA. These [***] are relentless.

Did not answer - did not leave any message....

Called my cell - showed as from Kissimmee. I only answered because we have hotel reservations there. Florida police association. I live hundreds of miles from Florida, and I don't have a FL cell.

Call several times, I answer and we both repeatedly say Hello... Then I say "what do you want" and they hang up on me!!!

Called and said they were from the Troopers Association looking for a donation.  I told them I do not give money over the phone and hung up.  I have 'Do Not Call' and I reported the number to them.
