Calls me every day around 3:00-4:00. Never leaves a message. Now that I know who they are I will answer and threaten to call FTC. I'm on the do not call list as well.
I've been receiving phone calls from them (known only to me as "Worldwide Vacations) for the past 5 months (each week) and have repeatedly asked (with increasing ferocity) to remove me from their list. so far to no avail. I have in no uncertain terms told them I will be filing harassment charges against them, none of them really seem to care...I will continue to post, each time I receive call, here on this as an ongoing record for the lawsuit, if there are any other interested parties willing to file class action...please post a reply here
I am SOOOO sick of these losers calling my phone day and night! How do the get around the DNC??? My number has been on the list since day 1 yet I still keep getting calls from them. The 1st time they called I said thanks but no thanks and to please remove my number from their database. That was 50 calls ago. Every time since I've report them to both the DNC and to the FCC. Not a single thing has happened because they are still calling. I already have the 12 numbers that I'm allowed to block on my phone and I don't believe Comcast has a way to add others. We get endless calls night and day from bill collectors looking for 2 women who owned the number before us so I have to pick and choose whose the most harassing to have on the block list. There has got to be a way to shut these people down!
