Interesting comments. I received the same call and did call back. The call was in reference to a BBQ festival I attended. I did fill out a form there for a promotional offer for a Disney trip. The vacation was for 7 days and 6 nights plus tickets to my choice of theme parks in Orlando. It was 80% off and I just received my package in the mail. I also spoke to a "Kim" and she was very pleasant with me and I'm glad I took advantage of the offer. It seems like most of the comments on here are from people who assumed it was a scam and never bothered to even call back.
They called my cell and told me I went to the *name of my city* expo (pretty generic!) and said I won their free Disney vacation giveaway. Of course I never went to anything like that. Then they said to call soon because the "promotion" was ending. Sounds like a complete scam where they make it sound like you won but there's strings attached and end up signing up for something. Don't call this person back.
I received the same message. They messed up on the city name like they were trying to find it and even chuckled after it. Definitely not something I went to or did.
The same people called me to, and said the same thing word for word. Thanks people for the info now I know not to call them back. Was excited because I had been to the place they mention lol
Got the same phone call. Same exact wording but said that I had been to a festival that was over 8 months ago, and that they needed to hurry up and close the drawing. I will not call them back. big fat scammmm!!!
I just received a voicemail from Kim. Great news, I won a trip to Disney. Apparently I filled something out at Rockville in Jacksonville in April. Did not return the call after seeing the above posts.
