this call came in from what appears to be the same young lady associated with solicitation call at 561-208-3974 regarding "energy conservation." when advised to remove me from call list she hung up on me. two minutes later i got a call from this cell phone number which appeared to be same person. as soon as she said my name she hung up;
just got a call from this number and my husband answered. they asked for me by first name, but my husband said I wasn't available... then they asked if this was Mr. XXX (which is my EX-husband) and he said no... and they hung up.
Yes, vwsklark is correct. This is the same scam that's been going around the area for some time. If you block one of their numbers or don't answer, they switch to another number. Asking them to remove you from the call list has not worked for me. I've just set my phone interceptor to ignore all calls that are not identified. Someday these scam artists will learn but for now, they can't call me.
Blocked their number a few weeks ago. They can't ring through nor can they get my answering machine so all they ever get is a continuous ring with no answer. I just delete them at the end of the day. Idiots keep calling. Who cares? It's their dime.
