Who called from 4075889412

Called and asked for me by name. Then said they were calling wrong party. I attempted to call number back. Reported by telco to be not in service. Obviously some kind of scam.

Recorded Message :
"Hi my name is Michael calling from the dealer processing department. We sent you a final notice in the mail....... blah blah blah".
I hung up at that point.

Called on a holiday.  No message left.  Based on other reports here, I went ahead and blocked the call.
