I received a call from this number but didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number. My son told me to try calling the number back. So when I called, I got a recording saying, "You have reached a number that is not in service. Please check the number and try again. " So my next question is - How does a person or company call from a number that is not in service? This is messed up. Is there any way possible to have the FCC look into this? It has to be crossing some kind of federal line or breaking some federal laws. Has anyone looked into this area of possibilities?
I'm wondering, what are your thoughts? AT&T could no longer support my old phone and provided me with a replacement . . . Ever since they have replaced this phone, I have been receiving so many unknown calls from so many different numbers, as well as text messages. I'm wondering if they are responsible and can they benefit from all these unknown calls financially, because don't we get charged for anything over the quotas we signed up for?
