These people called me several times a day for a week. They claimed to be affiliated with Worldmark/Wyndham Resorts, and offered to broker my timeshare. They made several false statements, specifically about federal laws requiring a $2000 up-front fee for transferring the deed. This costs $150 through WorldMark (we checked). When we asked about the federal law, and about the up-front fee, they happily hung up the phone.
On their website, "Todays Mexico Rentals" guarantees:
*No Commissions, No Closing Costs, No Hidden Costs, No Brokerage Costs

Been getting messages from Rene at 1-407-601-7818 saying she is with Today's Mexico Rentals. Mt wife answered on the first contact and later informed me that these people had cash buyers from the Ukraine for our Cabo San Lucas unit.
Well now, aren't we such lucky ducks ? Well, Comrade, make me an offer I can't refuse.
