If it's like ones I've gotten (and filed complaints about), they will try to get your password for https://www.nslds.ed.gov. I don't think it's cool for any company to be asking for your email/password for a government web site.
calls 2 - 4 times a day, something about a student loan.. when called back, it's asking me to enter the extension of the person I want to talk to... can't even get to a real person
