They told me that I had won a vacation package to Disney Land and also to 2 places in Mexico. There was talk of free rental cars and all sorts of free stuff. The ladies were nice and it seemed almost legit but I'm no fool especially at this time with all the phone scams going down. I immediately googled the number and there seemed to be nothing bad written about it. They said I had signed up for it online though I don't remember doing it. After speaking to the first woman about the details, she then transferred me to a woman who had my home address. They said they were going to send a package to my home detailing everything about the vacation and I said that's fine. Then she tried to get my credit card number. I explained repeatedly that I don't give out my credit card number unless I am certain. She assured me that she works for Disney and that if the package they sent wasn't exactly as they said it would be, i would not be obligated to pay. She kept asking for my credit card number and even though I told her there was no way I was going to give it to her unless I was the one calling their company and not the other way around, she continued to ask for the number. Finally I hung up the phone. I don't know if it was a scam or not. She was going to charge my credit card something like $287 per person. Just didn't sound right to me.
