I was just on the phone with this jerk trying to get $750, when he asked if he could tape the call, I asked if I could tape the call for my lawyer and he said it was too late for that, that the subpoena had already gone out and that I should buy a green dot visa card, plead no contest, and no charges would be filed. I happened to think of googleing the number while he had me on hold supposedly talking to the prosecutor to try and cut me a deal!!! When he came back on the line, I read him Deb's accounting of what had happened to her and he hung up on me. So, I am also interested in who to report to in some fraud capacity??? Thank you Deb for taking the time to leave your post. I sure confirmed what I thought! That guy was a real jerk though.
Wow this number is now being used for a VERY scary scam.
They are pretending to be with the FDA criminal Investigations unit and are using lists from people who have ordered meds online.
These guys are good. And MEAN.
I happened to be at my computer and found the fraud info.
and they say to report it to washington where they will ask you to fill out a survey.
But she didn't seem very hopeful of catching anyone.
But I love scam artists and messing with them, but this guy was so scary, my heart did skip a beat.

Or better yet act real scared and keep him on the line as long as possible to waste as much of these con artists phone time as possible.

I got a call today claiming the same deal. When he asked me what I did for a living and I told him Law Enforcement he demanded to know where. Of course I didnt tell him a thing and told him to send me docs so my attorney could review it. That call ended fairly quickly after that. I then filed an online complaint with the FTC...
