Caller said he had a course that allowed you to skip Real Estate licensing course. I heard a child in the background. Believe it is a scam!

PoS scammer. Blocked. Like the others, I was just approved for taking the state exam (real Estate.) it's amazing how quickly these scum suckers come out of the pond to scam innocent people. Of course, no ID.
