"cell phone FL" on the caller ID. Another newly spoofed number with multiple scams it looks like.
The scammers and the phone companies are in cahoots with each other. They both make money from every call placed.
The phone companies have the power to stop these calls. These calls will never stop until the phone companies are hurt financially. Then when the scammer gets a card number, hey bonus!

I got a call this morning. These are scammers. For me, this is call number 428. I am tracking all of their calls. I have 19 pages of calls from these people. They also like to harass you. They have called me everyday for nine months. There is no end to this and the law has not been able to stop them.
The call came in on my cell phone, but may have been forwarded from my land phone. I picked up on the second ring and there was no answer. No message left.
