This company called me saying they had a buyer for my timeshare.  Wanted me to pay $1,449 up front and they would represent me and take care of all of the paperwork.  Red Flag! When I asked to see a purchase contract or something in writing, they would not stating that it's a "privacy law" that they can't share the name of the buyer with me.  Red Flag!  I then asked for his email address and he gave me [email protected] because he wants me to have his personal email so I can reach him when he's not at work... Red Flag!... When I asked him for his business email he gave me [email protected] Red Flag! Who has an email that long?  I also sent a test email to that address and it came back undeliverable. RED FLAG!  I told him that I would not give my credit card over the phone so they are going to have to find another sucker.  So sad that people are falling for this.

This just happened to me!!  I cannot believe I let this company scam me!!!!!!!  What can we do do stop this company, and to get our money back???

Call your credit card company and let them know what happened.  They may either be able to block the tranactions from coming through or you will have to file a dispute with your credit card company once the transaction posts.
