Asked for my mother (by first name only).  When I asked to take a message id'd herself by first name only.  Refused to state reason for call. Very rude; told me I'd "better write down her number immediately"  Then said she was "Libby Montgomery with the IRS."  The number she gave, 407-655-2378, is currently out of service.
