Received this call to my cell phone on Monday 2/2/2015 at 1:57 PM. It was a robo-call with partial message and a claim number. Annoying since I am on the do not call list. How do they get away with this, particularly when these calls can cost people money paying for minutes or data. Where is the FCC?!
Reporting illegal call to my cell phone to authorities. It's against the law in my state to place soliciting phone calls to a cell phone without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me. My cell phone number is not given out to businesses.
