I get a call on my mobile from an anonymous Florida number 1-2 times per week. I block the number after each time. Today it was from this number. It's just a recorded message about winning tickets to a cruise. I always end the call up before the message gets too far though.
Like others I received a recorded message about "winning" a "free" cruise or vacation package. In reality, this is a lure to trick you into attending a high pressure sales seminar to join their high cost "travel/vacation club". Even if you decline joining you will receive whatever the "package" they lured you with but there are so many associated upfront fees and restrictions that it is almost certainly a waste of your time to attend just to get the "freebie". Report it as an illegal telemarketing call since the whole purpose of the call is to get you to the sales presentation for their "club" and it is a recording that you have not given written permission to receive.
