Received 2 calls from this number, neither time a message was left.
1st try returning the call - "Subscriber is out of the area" (was 1 day after initial call).
After 2nd call, upon calling this number back, heard a lot of clicking.
Tried a few more times and finally, received a voice mail greeting stating something similar to the following...
"Thank you for calling the office of Derrick Radford.  If this call is pertaining real estate, please call 407-497-7949. Otherwise please leave a message."
I called the 407-497-7949 and got his voice mail there.  Derrick Radford works for Remax 200 Realty in Winter Park.  His website is http://www.derrickradford.com/
I had just remove my home from the mls, so he must have been calling to get me to relist with him.
