This guy called said he was from ligitation with Northern District. Wanted me to settle a payday loan I already paid off last year. Told me I would be served within 24 hours by sheriff department. Wanted to work out repayment but was not affiliated with the payday loan company. One, you can't re arrested for not paying a debt. Second, I don't believe a collection company controls the local police department. Long story short, I am not paying these people. Thus is a scam according to all reports on Northern District. Beware of these people. They recite the law like bible scriptures. They are scam artists!
I receives a call this afternoon wishing to talk to my wife (BY Name) or a daughter (BY Name). I talked to a David Young about a payday loan my daughter supposedly owes. I don't know if she owes for a payday loan. When I asked for his name and the company her works for so I could report this call to the FTC. His comment to me was do you know how you are talking to? Next he said the call was being recorded and I should chose my words carefully. When I first answered the phone his only words were the name of my wife and then my daughters name. We have in the past year received other calls with the same content just different words. One of these calls were to my daughters place of employment. Another call was called back and it was the local police station. We have also received this same type of call from various numbers none of which found also from women.

These people are calling my cell phone, my former employers home, which is unthinkable. I have disputed this debt in writing to Northern District. Please stop these people from causing conflict and trying to scam people.
