The ad is miss leading. They make you think that your CC company is calling you and tell you that you are behind and would like to offer you a better interest rate. I asked where they got my number and if they knew I was on the DNC list. They apparently do not give a crap about the laws. So being that I have caller ID I tried to call back after she hung up on me. Apparently the number is spoofed. So that you cannot call them back. So beware. If you do give out your information and think that you are going to get your rates lowered. You are gonna find out that you have been nothing but scammed. Legitimate business do not spoof their phone numbers.
