Got a call from an investigator Johnson or something or other. He called me the day before and yelled at me that he was from the Atlantic Department of Investigations or something. Well today i answered and he said, "did you get my message yesterday". I said, 'no' then he said, 'well you hung up on me'. I asked, 'well if i hung up on you. how could i get your message?' i then asked him to state his business because i am at work and he said that there is a possible judgement against me. i told him to send me the information and to stop calling me. Well i decided to call back so that i can add the company name correctly on this website and low and behold, 'The number is a non working number'. Don't be fooled by theses scammers. Make them prove the debt is yours.
Received a message about a claim that was against me....said i need to pay or could be in serious trouble. The call got me so upset and today he called twice in a minute.
I got a call from this number and this person called 3 times in a row, in two minutes. The number is based out of Oviedo, Florida and "James" said that was a claim submitted to his office. He asked a for a resident and place of employment and this claim has been butted to me! He sounded threatening and "I have been notified". James left a voicemail. SCAM!!!
Got a call from John Dalton who states he is a process server coming out to me in just a few minutes. Claims i need to call Atlantic to find what the documents are in reference to. Gave me a number 8883255811 to get in touch with Atlantic.....NOT! I know for a fact i have nothing in collections on my credit report or public record. Everything i have is current and being paid. So John and Atlantic can miss me with whatever their scam is.
