This number calles me at least 8 times a day sometimes before 8am and after 9pm even on sundays.  When i answer it is all animated and i wait to see if there are any options and they give me none just ask me to hold so i do.  When someone finially comes on the line you can not understand them and if you ask to speak to someone that you could understand they start cursing (i think).  Any one have any ideas as to who this could be and how to make it stop
