Who called from 4077223162

My phone rang and when I answered, no one replied.   I can hear background noise.........muffled voices of people laughing and talking.
They never leave a message.

it comes up on caller id as a cellular call so I don't answer it since I don't know anyone in that area code.

Got a call from this number (didn't answer it - didn't know who it was) and they didn't leave a message.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list.

This phone number is the Hilton Grand Vacations. They are trying to sell timeshares.

I got a call from them this afternoon, and they let me phone ring to the voicemail; but left a blank voicemail.
