To Gigi: As an employee and therefor representative of Hilton, do you think it is wise to infer that your previous guests (who ultimately fund your paycheck) are "stupid"? Personally, I would gladly listen to the call if someone would actually talk. I do not sit on the sofa all day with the phone in my lap. Till I get to the phone to answer it all I hear is a "click".
I got this call on 4/1 at 11:23 am. After identifying myself, the call abruptly ended. There was no one at the other end to say a word. It didn't sound like a real person making such call except it was more of a computer generated call.
