I received a call from this number claiming to be Hilton Grand Vacations, confirming my stay for a trip to Florida. They asked me to return the call . . . "very important". The number they asked me to respond to was 1-877-346-2427; the person ("Briana") gave the extension 2045. Since we did have a trip planned, I returned the call. Immediately there was a message saying I had won a $100 gift card/voucher for WalMart. There was no option to bypass this; you evidently HAVE to accept this gift voucher. When I tried the extension "Briana" gave me, I got a person wanting to get my information for the WalMart Gift Voucher. I called back twice, asking "who this was". Twice I was hung up on, and one gave me the name "Funland". No ability to get through to Hilton, which will get an earful from me about this.

I have purchased the Grand Vacations packages twice, so I understand your frustration. Just as an additional recommendation, I never return a call to a number which is provided to me. I always google the company myself or go to their website (surely they will have a number listed). Avoid searching for the phone number they give you because they may have set up their own listing, but obtaining the number directly from the site (for example http://www.hiltongrandvacations.com/ or hgv.com) is more likely to be accurate. Also they should have a record of all calls they have made to you. Hope this helps!
