Yes this is a scam! He claims his mane is Richard, his wife Anna and daughter Annabelle. They want to pay you in advance for supplying material to clean and pay you before they move into the 3 bedroom. They find a location near you and send a address so it seems legit. I confronted him last night and the add was promptly removed by him. Never cash a check without allowing the bank to check it first. Mine is supposed to be in the mail, I'm taking it to the police.
Scammer posting fake job ads on craigslist:
"Am looking forward to admitting a cleaner in my 3 bedroom home,i have family consist of me,my wife,and a daughter.we are awesome people and treat people the way we want to be treated.cleaner will come 3 times in a week depending on his/her availability am also willing to pay on negotiate,contact me with via text message at 407 734 0115."

I texted and they fed me their bull [***]. I texted back and said, oh so you're going to send me a key and a check to cash. I heard of this scam before. They never texted back. Lol.
This is A SCAM!! This person responded on my post to craigslist to sublease my apartment. She claimed her name was Florina and said they are looking for a place to stay in my area. He/she then mailed me a cashiers check for almost $3,000 then asked me to use most of it ($2,200) to deposit into her "movers" checking account as payment for them to transport her things. Who deposits money into a businesses bank account as payment?! After much thought, I told her to cancel the transaction and never contact me again.
