1-407-737-5454 - called and hung up - I called back and they would not answer questions on why they called - they wanted my number andf name - I hung up on them
thank you for the warning.I got the call from ocwen finance and did not answer the phone. I do not answer my phone if I do not know who it is.Iwait for them to leave a message on my answer machcine.Have bill collecters calling every day do not need another one.
I thought so. They called both my jobs asking for address verification, and then called my cell phone. When that didn't work, they began calling my brother in NC and I live in SC. It's scary how people have access to all of your information nowadays.
Tell them that you will have your lawyer handle all matters and that they can give you the information that he can reach you by. That makes it stop as well. Plus there is a great video on youtube on how to stop these calls. There are questions that they have to answer, and if they don't answer it, then you are awarded five hundred dollars a question.
Have been calling for a month- several times a day. I answered and told them the person they were looking for did not live here. Calls stopped for 3 days and then started again. Very rude and threating. A "Mr. Band" with a accent. Call now started from 1-407-737-5454. I am a senior and don't even have a mortgage
My son started getting calls from this number. At first the man wanted him to verify his name, address and soc. no. He would not say why he wanted it other than it was a very important business matter. My son told him if it was that important, he should be giving him information. Of course he did not give him any info. He hung up on the man. He continued to call all the time. Today he told him he was coming to reposes his truck and gave a description of his truck. Funny thing, the truck is in my name and has no ties to him or his phone. I don't know how he got the description of the truck. Scary
Have been getting calls daily for several weeks, Never answer, always working but can see from caller ID they call 3 or 4 times/day. This time they left a message from "Mr. Lars" (I think) saying they needed to verify info on someone, used my first name but not my last name (that I could tell, very thick accent and hard to understand). When I tried to return the call to the number they left, it's not a working number. When I tried to redial the 407-737-5221--same message this is not a working number. After reading reports, followed a link found on this site, Seems like same company, name OCWEN etc, number to call to complain about their collection tactics--you got it, not a working number. Go Figure
