Tried to hustle me into a refinance on a non existent mortgage and and on a house I haven't owned in several months. Called back and spun the guy's wheels. What a JeRK! Told him I was 3 months behind and on unemployment. He got very upset. Hardship modification. Interest rate under 3 per cent. Sure, when elephant flies. Told idiot with broken English, that I had $300,000 loan 30 years for another 27 years. Professional loan modification company that offer HAM program, home owners modification program, supposedly, 3 month behind will disappear, saves me $1000 per month, charge for program $1495 which is the same program the federal government requires the mortgage lender to do FOR FREE. Total SCAM! HE wants $495 up front and $1000 later, I think, English very poor, call center, lots of background noise, transferred to "supervisor" for Scam, level II. Eric, assistant to the attorney, was next person on line. After 12 minutes, they hung up on me. Believe me, they are scammers and hard to understand to boot! They don't want to identify themselves but they want all kinds of info from me. Interesting? Run for the hills!
