I received a call on 4/3/13 from a person saying his name was David Pretzer and company name was Summit Tour Travel Vacation. He said he resells timeshare and that he had a person interested in buying my timeshare in Orlando, Florida for the price of $32,000.00. Would I be interested in selling it?  I said I would need to talk to my husband, and I would get back to him on 4/4/13. He provided me with his contact information customer service phone 877-232-1850 and his phone number 407-749-6617. I tried to find the company on the BBB but nothing came up. I then tried to search by the phone numbers and nothing came up. So I called the 407-749-6617 number and he answered the phone. So I asked him what was the company's full name and address so I could research on the BBB.org. He said Google the company Summit Tour Travel Inc. (BBB) P.O. Box 682240, Orlando, Fl. 32868. I then noticed that this company name is slightly different and the entire phone numbers all different. So I called the new phone numbers and was told this man is a scam and that he was using his last name, P.O. Box, and that he had gotten a lot of calls about this and that he has reported it to the BBB in Central Florida.
