This is one of hundreds of numbers that a company claiming to be working with local power companies is using. They are a scam. They try to get you to let them into your home for a "power assessment" then sell you some kind of junk. Sometimes they never come back. They may be crooks just trying to see what you have in your house. The power companies have never heard of them. On another site, it says that they are using "spoofing" so that if you block them they continue to leave recorded messages because it's always a different number. Apparently several law enforcement agencies are trying to get them.

When I told him that I was not interested and to remove my number he started to get "snippy" with me. When I asked to speak with his supervisor he hung up the phone. Someone please catch these guys, run a sting operation or something.
