Called my home but my answering machine was not on so they were unable to leave a message so I called the number back and the message says "Call does not go through so please try your call again later"....I think its a debt collector however I HAVE NO DEBT!!!
Ironically this person knows exactly who this falsified call back number belongs to by name and contact information...Hmmmmmm employee for this company....
It is a big no-no to use false / ghost numbers to conduct business. Keep in mind that if your voicemail or answer machine identifies you by name and it is the person being called by the debt collector , that is considered to be contacting you personally and by not returning the call is is listed in their data banks as a refusal to pay. There are many companies who sell ghost, untracable, numbers to companies.
The biggest companies that use this tactic are the debt collectore who have no legal rith to collect the debts that they have bought down the collection line. Like a bad mortgage that the originator of the loan has sold to a sub prime mortgage company as soon as the note holder is 60 days late on payment.....
