older woman who smokes a carton a week of Camels (real rough voice) calls and says she works at UPS and she has a package.  Warranty Company-   i notifed UPS

This is definitly a telemarketer.  They tell you that they have a package with no physical mailing address on it, but somehow the post office has your phone number.  They give you a confirmation number that does not exist and ask for your mailing address

This is the longwood UPS branch. They called me back after I inquired about picking up a package.

This is UPS in Longwood, FL.  They called to update the status of a missing package.
