Called at 8:19 a.m.  I called the # back because I have friends in that area with new phone numbers. This number ISN'T one of theirs.

Caller did not ID himself.  He verified the # he called and asked for "Angela", sounded phony, slight accent, middle eastern/Indian (NOT Native American)
