I received a voice mail from this number which said they were my mail order prescription company and to call them back at (866) 427-7476. I did not use this phone number. I used the phone number on the back of my own health insurance card to call my mail order prescription company which is CVS Caremark. I was able to verify that the voice mail from (866) 427-7476 was legitimate.
