Who called from 4078023858

Get calls on both my mobile phone and home phone.  No message is left on neither phone.  I don't answer when I the number is unrecognized.

They call my house and cell will not leave message on neither one.

I get 2-3 calls/day. No one says anything. About 5 seconds after answering, line clears

They called because I signed up for this random vacation giveaway and the catch is you have to have a major credit card or something

They just called me for the same thing.
